Angelina Pivarnick Gets Jumped at Hot Topic

Angelina Pivarnick used to star on Jersey Shore. She famously walked out on both seasons of the MTV show so far, and now only makes news for other reasons.
Like getting attacked at the Hot Topic in the Staten Island Mall.
Sources close to Angelina say the reality "star" was inside Hot Topic when she was approached by a "rowdy group" of young people. The hooligans attacked.

NOT A HOT TOPIC: Angelina Pivarnick can't catch a break.
Ange claims someone jumped her from behind, striking her in the back of the head. A friend, which she apparently has, says someone threw a bottle that hit her lip.
No word if JWoww and Snooki were the unknown assailants.
She immediately called police, but mall security paints a less dramatic tale, saying a crowd filming Angelina got chaotic and she was accidentally hit in the face.
In any case, security quickly arrived to the Hot Topic and ordered the kids to leave the store. Angelina Pivarnick is still talking to police to decide her next move.

What Oksana Grigorieva Really Wants

Cash. That's what it boils down to for Oksana Grigorieva in her ongoing crusade against Mel Gibson, which is ostensibly about custody of their daughter, Lucia.
The real fight between Oksana and Mel most likely stems from a legal document created before Lucia was even born one year ago, according to a TMZ report.
The Icon Trust, created by Mel and wife Robyn Gibson to provide for their seven children, defines the children as ones born from Mel Gibson or Robyn Gibson.
Gib-sana
GETTING HERS: Oksana's apparently determined to.
When the trust was drafted, no one thought Mel or Robyn, married for nearly three decades, would have a child outside the marriage. Enter Oksana Grigorieva.
Sources connected with Mel and Robyn say everyone wants Lucia to be taken care of, but adding her as a beneficiary in Mel's trust creates complex tax issues.
For whatever reason, Mel didn't want that to happen. So when he and Oksana broke up and struck a settlement deal in May, this was one of the key points.
In addition to her handing over the Mel Gibson rants, the very first term of the deal says "Oksana consents to amendment of Icon Trust to exclude Lucia."
In return for excluding Lucia, Mel agreed to provide a financial package for the baby worth more between $8 million and $15 million, according to reports.
As we know, Oksana agreed to this deal but balked at the last minute, and has gone after Mel for all he's worth every since. Why turn her back on that?
TMZ says lawyers advising Oksana say Lucia got royally screwed by giving up an interest in the trust, which they said would be worth up to $50 million.
In other words, one-eighth of a $400 million trust.
Close Mel sources say the money in the trust is not even in the same universe of $400 million, but whatever's in it, Team Oksana felt it needed a piece.
If Oksana's lawyers persist and Mel settles out of court, the attorneys get a percentage of the settlement. So they've convinced Oksana to go for it.
Pretty messed up.

Capri Anderson Plans Lawsuit Against Charlie Sheen

For a change, Capri Anderson is set on not taking something lying down.
Sources tell TMZ that the call girl is planning to sue Charlie Sheen for his actions in a New York City Hotel room this week.
It's unclear what the specific charges will be, but Anderson has made it known she felt as if her life was in danger when Sheen flipped out and threw furniture all over the place. She locked herself in a bathroom and phoned hotel security as a result.
Law enforcement officials say they don't plan to take any action against the actor, but Capri is supposedly owed $12,000 and sees this as a chance to strike it rich. It makes sense for her, too.
As someone that makes a living without any clothes on, why not sue the pants off someone?

Katy Perry admires Simon Cowell
Katy Perry went head-to-head with Simon Cowell when she was a guest judge on The X Factor.
But the singer has a lot of respect for the TV and music mogul.
'I love the way he doesn't even try to hide it when he thinks a contestant's rubbish,' Katy tells Now.
'People have opinions about his technique but he's usually right and that's why he's the most powerful man in the music industry.'
Katy, 25, loved working with Simon, 51, and Cheryl Cole, 27.
'Simon's a fatherly figure for Cheryl and although they argue, he thinks a lot of her,' observes the new Mrs Russell Brand.
'I think deep down Simon loves women who can stand up to him and he found that in me.
'He's got people running around after him all day, so when he finds someone a bit feisty I think he finds it a turn-on, especially when it's a woman.'

On Strictly Come Dancing this year, we've been captivated by Kara Tointon's budding relationship with her hunky partner Artem Chigvintsev, 28.
But although they look like love's young dream, Now has learnt there could be trouble in fake tan paradise.
Kara's smitten with Artem but she thinks she's more into him than he is to her,' a show insider tells Now.
‘She's worried that once the show's over and the limelight on them fades, he may lose interest.'
Sadly, it looks as though the 27-year-old ex-EastEnders star's fears may carry some weight.
Artem met Dancing With The Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba when he was a contestant on So You Think You Can Dance and they were close from 2006 to 2009.
'When they started dating, that brought him into the headlines, which is exactly what he wanted,' says an insider.
His profile soared as he accompanied her to many red carpet events, including the Koi restaurant party and the Fox Reality Awards.
Kara's mates are worried that Artem's using her to raise his profile in the UK.
‘Let's face it, she hasn't been all that lucky in love,' says a pal. 'When her relationship with Joe Swash ended in May, she swore off men for a long time.'

Louis Walsh reckons Cheryl Cole's a bit of a teacher's pet.
The X Factor judge says the Girls Aloud star has boss Simon Cowell, 51, wrapped round her little finger because she always sides with him.
'Cheryl's very ambitious and feisty and she's Simon's pet,' Louis, 58, tells the Daily Mirror.
'She gets away with murder.'
Simon is such a fan of Cheryl, 27, that - despite worries about her Geordie accent - he's even considering asking her to join him in the States to launch the US version of The X Factor.

Katie Price tells Alex Reid: Do Strictly and we're finished

Alex's dancing dreams are over as Jordan decides to lay down the law

Katie Price doesn't want Alex Reid to join Brucie and Tess
Alex Reid must have been hit on the head by cage fighter Tom ‘Kong' Watson a lot harder than we thought if he seriously thought Jordan would let him get up close and personal with a sexy dancer on Strictly next year.
But, alas, Einstein he ain't. For we can reveal that Jordan, 32, flew into a massive rage when Alex accidentally let slip that he'd been considering going on the BBC show.
Alex was just talking about what projects he'd like to do in the future and Strictly was one option,' says a pal.
‘He's open to anything, so it was just a light-hearted comment but she took it really badly because she knows the show has a history of blossoming relationships.'
Although Jordan's reactions are usually OTT, we have to admit that this time she's got a point. In 2008, speculation mounted over newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky's relationship with dance partner Brendan Cole, although they both denied it.
And on last year's show, The Bill actress Ali Bastian fell for her dance partner Brian Fortuna while Kristina Rihanoff was smitten with boxer Joe Calzaghe.
Jordan told Alex in no uncertain terms that he wasn't allowed to go on Strictly and if he did, he could kiss goodbye to their relationship,' says the friend.
